🎯 Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow Akadian’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Create bilingual content (English/Spanish/and other languages): posts, reels, shorts, blogs, and newsletters.
Plan and execute social media campaigns that reflect Akadian’s brand and values.
Monitor engagement, analyze results, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
Support communication efforts for community engagement, events, and special projects.
Generate leads and clicks for our website and platform.

📋 Requirements

Proven experience in social media management and content creation (portfolio required).
Strong writing and communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Creative mindset with knowledge of current trends, reels, storytelling, and audience growth tactics.
Basic knowledge of design/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Figma, Adobe, or similar).
Ability to adapt to Akadian’s brand tone: inspiring, human, and forward-thinking.
