Classes are offered live and/or recorded, with supporting materials and community activities.

‍2. Enrollment and Access

‍To enroll, you must complete the registration form and agree to these Terms.You will receive access to your classes, events, and resources via the email provided during registration.Access is personal and non-transferable.

‍3. Subscription and Payment

‍Akadian operates under a subscription-based or program-based payment model, depending on the course.Prices are clearly stated before payment.Payments are processed securely through Stripe or other authorized platforms.Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.We do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed, except in cases of technical errors or double charges.

‍You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time via your client portal or by writing to support@akadianacademy.com.Cancellation will apply at the end of your current billing period.No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

‍5. Class Attendance and Participation

‍Students are expected to attend and participate actively in live sessions.Missed classes are not reimbursed but may be rescheduled depending on the program and teacher availability.Disruptive behavior or disrespect toward teachers or peers will result in removal from sessions or termination of services without refund.

‍6. Content and Intellectual Property

‍All materials provided (videos, PDFs, slides, etc.) are the property of Akadian Academy.Students may not copy, distribute, resell, or use the content for commercial purposes without written permission.Recording of classes is not allowed unless authorized in advance.

‍Certificates of completion are issued based on attendance, participation, and successful fulfillment of program requirements.Not all programs grant a certificate. Please check program details.Akadian Academy certificates are not official diplomas or government-accredited unless otherwise stated.

‍8. Technology and Support

‍It is your responsibility to have a stable internet connection and access to Zoom or our chosen learning platform.We provide tech support through email or WhatsApp for connection issues, link recovery, or access problems.Akadian is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure or third-party platform outages.

At Akadian Academy, we are committed to your growth and development. We believe that with consistent effort and active participation, meaningful progress is inevitable.

We guarantee noticeable progress in your communication and language skills provided that the following conditions are met:You attend at least 95% of your scheduled classes.

You complete at least 95% of the assigned activities, tasks, and homework.You demonstrate a consistent and genuine effort during classes and independent practice.

Important Notes:Progress may vary depending on your starting level and personal goals.The guarantee refers to measurable improvements in confidence, fluency, and comprehension—not necessarily the achievement of fluency in a fixed time frame.Akadian reserves the right to assess your progress through internal evaluations and instructor feedback.

This warranty does not apply in cases of low attendance, repeated absence, lack of effort, or incomplete participation.
